Setup of sound system, sound checks, and dance floor preparation in the Main Hall start at 3:00 PM. Setup of Lower Level starts at 4:00 PM--putting out flyers, name buttons, etc. Dancers use the Lower Level to change shoes, leave coats, etc. before the dance.
