VT State Grange Annual Session

Every year, the Vermont State Grange meets in “Annual Session” to do the Grange’s work for the year.

This includes voting on budgets, considering Resolutions for the community and the Order of Husbandry which is the Grange’s official name, as well as meeting socially to renew our bonds as a state-wide group.  Any Grange member may attend; each Community Grange can send 2 voting delegates with the authority to vote on behalf of their local Grange.

In 2024, and again in 2025, Capital City Grange has had the honor of hosting these meetings, and of preparing meals for the delegates.  We take pride in using as many locally-sourced ingredients as possible, as part of the Grange’s mission of supporting local agriculture and businesses!
