January 4, 2020 and on–sheetrock and FRPs get installed June 14, 2020 by Tim Swartz Jan. 4th–Stan has replaced the stairs, and started the sheetrock installation. The sheetrock now covers the foam insulation panels in the stairway. Stan is installing more of the sheetrock, on the North end of the basement. By the end of January, all the sheetrock is up, taped, compounded and sanded, and FRPs are installed all along the East wall. Stan is imprisoned by his own work…the bracing holds the FRPs tight to the stairwell walls while the adhesive cures.
