LOWER LEVEL – “Community Forum on Housing & Community Dev’t”

The Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) is holding community meetings for developing the 2025-2029 Statewide Consolidated Plan.  The Consolidated Plan is a HUD requirement for state and local governments that receive HUD funding such as CDBG and HOME $$ Every five years, the State updates its Consolidated Plan which is a HUD mandate and guides how the state will invest the approximately $14 Million it receives from HUD and the National Housing Trust.  Community engagement is an important part of this process.   There will be 5 meetings including in Berlin on 2/19/25 from 3:30pm – 5:00pm.
