In this next cooking workshop sponsored by the members of CCG#469, Jacinthe Pellerin will help us get ready for the holidays with traditional delights from generations of rural Quebecois families; e.g.,
1. Pouding Chomeur (Poor Man’s Pudding)
2. Tarte au Sucre (Sugar Pie)
3. Grandpere (Dumplings in Maple Syrup)
4. Pete de Soeur (Nun’s Farts)
5. Sucre a la Creme (Creme Fudge)
