Join us to clean up the Hall!

We’ll be vacuuming, dusting, wiping down walls and generally getting the inside of the Hall to look as good as the outside!

We’re excited to have the outside of the Hall (freshly scraped and painted in mid-May) looking the best it has for years, the driveway and parking lot re-graded (also in Mid-May), all joining the wheelchair/platform lift installed in March to make our Hall even more beautiful in form and function.

We’ll be doing a variety of tasks:

• Cleaning windows and screens (upstairs and downstairs)
• Sweeping and vacuuming the stage & piano
• Cleaning the light fixture globes in the Main Hall
• Cleaning the ceiling fan
• Cleaning the portable window fans
• Cleaning the walls in the bathrooms & kitchen
• Cleaning the ovens and the refrigerator in the kitchen

We’ll also be happy to have volunteers to work with gardener Amy Handy on the outside flower beds.   For more info on that part of the work, please contact Amy:   1geranium1@gmail.com

Please bring your favorite cleaning implements–window cleaning tools and supplies, your favorite vacuum cleaner, gloves and rags, etc.   We’ll have some of those things on hand as well, but we know everyone likes their own stuff best!
