Members of the Montpelier Contra Dance committee, along with volunteers, roll up the floor-protection mats, dust-mop the dance floor, and set up all the rest of what we need to open the dance at 8:00 PM If you're interested in volunteering to help out, please contact MCD committee member Jody Pettersen: jodypettersen@gmail.com
Before the dance starts at 8:00 PM, the dance caller will do a quick "intro to contra dancing" for newcomers, and anyone else who wants a refresher. Usually a few experienced dancers join in to help out. We hope you will join us!
