DESCRIPTION:THE PUBLIC IS INVITED! \nWe are hosting an “Open House” event to celebrate our being granted a property tax exemption by the town of Berlin for the next 5 years\, and to showcase the variety of entertainments\, activities\, classes and events that happen at our Hall.   We hope to attract people from the town\, as well as from the surrounding “Capitol Region” of central VT\, and beyond. \nFor this event\, we will have information tables about many of the regular events that happen at the Grange Hall\, plus Performances by some of the groups that meet/rehearse/teach/dance here.  Among those we hope to have are: \nAfrican Drumming with Jesse Rosenfield \nAfro-Caribbean Dance \nMorris Dancing \nScottish Dancing \nMusicians from the Northeast Heritage Musical Festival \nPLUS:  Sing-a-longs\, kids’ activities\, pizza donated by a Farmers’ Market vendor (whose wedding was held here)\, and a \nPOTLUCK DINNER anchored by \nMacaroni & cheese \nBaked Beans \nA large salad \nTo keep up with what we are talking about at Grange meetings\, and with the organization in general\, sign up to receive “Grange Notes” emails a couple of times a month–sign-up available on the Home Page of the CCG website.  Past Notes are posted on the website as well:  Grange Notes. \n  \n

DESCRIPTION:The online registration form is at: https://goo.gl/forms/PhBhJMQ1s1\nFolks can contact us with questions at robins@madrobincallers.org or by phone 802-503-1251\n\nThe workshop costs $25 for participants.  It’s geared at beginning or intermediate callers–folks who are fairly new\, or who have some experience but are looking to improve their teaching of dances.  Lunch on Saturday will be provided.  The morning will be callers working with Lisa Greenleaf.  In the afternoon we’ll have live music for callers to practice with.  If folks want to carpool they can contact us: robins@madrobincallers.org\n\n  \n(Main Hall 10-4 pm) with  lunch.
