SUMMARY:MAIN HALL--Grange Hall Maintenance committee working meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Hall Maintenance committee will meet to do several regular maintenance tasks\, and discuss ongoing scheduling and tracking of those tasks and others.\nTasks to accomplish\, and to demonstrate to all: \n\nChange prefilters in Main Hall and Lower Level Iso-Aire air purifiers\nChange filter in Main Hall ERV\nChange filter in pellet furnace\nChange water filter\nCheck pellet level in outdoor storage tank\nTransfer automatic ash removal tank contents to disposal bin\n\nWe will also be discussing best ways to track regular completion of these tasks\, when done by a variety of volunteers\, including online tools.   In addition\, we’ll discuss other areas of the Hall and its driveway and parking lot that need monitoring\, and preventive maintenance work that can save us money\, down-time and aggravation in the future. \nThis meeting is open to anyone committed to helping to maintain and improve our beautiful community Grange Hall.   For more information\, contact Tim Swartz:  swartztim15@gmail.com\, or 802-225-8921.
